Already have device protection?

If you already have coverage, you can cancel your exisiting monthly paid coverage at anytime, or for longer term plans, simply request to cancel from your provider and get a refund for your unused coverage.

COVERAGE UNDER THE AGREEMENT WILL COMMENCE THIRTY-ONE (31) DAYS AFTER YOUR AGREEMENT PURCHASE DATE. NO SERVICE WILL BE PROVIDED DURING THE INITIAL THIRTY (30) DAYS OF THE AGREEMENT.

  • Family Plan:
    Per Claim Limit = $2000
    Rolling Aggregate = $5000 (2 Claims per 12 months)
  • Single Plan:
    Per Claim Limit = $2000
    Rolling Aggregate = $5000 (2 Claims per 12 months)
  • Mobile Phone/Wearable
    Per Claim Limit = $2000
    Aggregate = 2 claims per rolling 12 months

LIMIT OF COVERAGE LIABILITY

Per Claim Limit

  • For Mobile Devices: The maximum amount we will pay for the repair or replacement of your Covered Product for a single claim is the lesser of $2,000.00 or the original purchase price of the Covered Product, excluding sales tax, delivery, and installation costs.
  • For Home Electronics Products: The maximum amount we will pay for the repair or replacement of your Covered Product for any single claim is the lesser of $2,000.00 or the original purchase price of the Covered Product, excluding sales tax, delivery, and installation costs.

Aggregate Claim Limit

  • For Mobile Devices: The maximum claim occurrences are limited to a total number of two (2) in a rolling twelve (12) month period. The twelve (12) month rolling period begins on the date of your first claim.
  • For Home Electronics and Smart Home Products: The maximum amount we will pay for all claims made in any twelve (12) month rolling period is $5,000.00. The twelve (12) month rolling period begins on the date of your first claim.

If You Meet or Exceed the Aggregate Limit: In the event you reach the Aggregate Claim Limit, you are not eligible for any further claims under this Agreement until the end of the twelve (12) month period following your first claim. A covered claim will apply to your aggregate claim limit for twelve (12) months after the claim is completed, at which point that claim (or the associated costs) will roll off your account and that amount will be added back to your available aggregate claim limit balance.

Note: If Your Covered Product requires additional repairs and you have reached the Aggregate Claim Limit, we may provide information on how to get the Covered Product repaired; however, we will not be responsible for any costs related to these repairs. SERVICE COSTS, TRIP CHARGES, BREAKDOWN CHARGES, INSPECTION FEES, OR ESTIMATE CHARGES FOR REPAIRS NOT COVERED UNDER THIS AGREEMENT ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITY.
